We do not charge our associations for collection work; in almost all situations, the delinquent unit owners are responsible to pay our legal fees and court costs. The only exception when we need to request fees directly from the Association is when the owner files for bankruptcy or the association takes title to the unit as a result of the foreclosure. In those circumstances, the association pays a flat fee that is substantially below the actual attorney fees we have put forth on the case.

Living in a community requires compliance with the controlling documents of the association. We will work with the association to ensure your documents are up to date with the current law, that they are clear and understandable. If amendments are needed, we will work with the board to ensure the amendment process is smooth and easy. We will also assist the association in enforcing its documents, including its rules and regulations.

Our association lawyers are equally qualified and experienced at representing unit owners with disputes or claims against associations we do not represent or against fellow unit owners
